Bangalore Airport Train Proposal

This video was commissioned in 2010 for a client who had to make a presentation about the project. It basically had to show the proposed train starting at MG Road, stopping at a few stations and then finally reaching the underground terminal of the Bangalore Airport. Each station also had a security check so passengers would directly go through security here.. and not have to do that at the airport.

Took me a few weeks to do. bit glytchy because i didn't have time to fix bugs and re-render the messed up parts of it.
An early lighting test
My original designs for the train were more bullet train like.. but the client described it to be something like this. Don't worry the actual ones are a lot sleeker looking.
i had started to show them some livery options, but they didn't want to commit to any graphics, since the overall project's branding had not been done yet.
Finally the train design moved to a more geometric look..
ran out of time for the security check sequences..
so had to make do with basic skeleton models and simple props
